From the model of Guarneri del Gesù, « il Canone » 1743

The pieces of wood I used to construct this instrument come from Austria, the mapple as the spruce.

I choosed the rosewood and sycomore to do the purfling.

The setting is in rosewood.

I’ve created an alcoolic varnish to finalise this violin, in flamboyant colours.

VIOLIN GRAIN BLANC

I based my work on Amati model to make this violin.

The spruce comes from Austrian Alpes and it is beautiful flamed. The mapple of the Back comes from Balkany.

I realised the settings with a really nice kind of flamed mapple.

Longueur 410mm

Le fond et les éclisses sont en saule, le manche est en érable et la table en épicéa. Ces bois magnifiques viennent du Jura. Le montage est en poirier.
